柴油引擎機油規格


由於全球暖化溫室效應嚴重,導致氣候驟變、異常,溫度增高,進而造成海水平面上升,颶風、降雨、乾旱等環境災難,
這就是全球工業化排放廢氣而成,其中有很大的原因就是汽車排放的廢氣造成,而柴油車對空氣污染更是嚴重。
於是歐美先進國家即對汽車的廢氣排放制定了更嚴格的規範,台灣身為世界的一份子,也跟隨著施行新的環保法規。
 
歐美先進國家從一期、二期、三期、四期、五期、到現行的六期環保法規施行。
歐盟環保法規簡寫Euro I, Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V and Euro VI,而美國每年也有類似新法規制訂施行。
 
針對柴油車為了符合法規,各大車廠陸續提出對策來解決柴油引擎對空氣污染嚴狀重的問題。
以下有幾個改善重點:
 
1.電子控制式高壓共軌燃油噴射系統 - 共軌柴油引擎(直噴),增加燃燒效率,柴油盡可能的完全燃燒,減少有毒性物排放。
2.增設後處理/柴油粒子過濾器(DPF) - 加裝觸媒轉化器可攔劫過濾有害的廢氣懸浮物。
3.選用低硫燃油(柴油) - 台灣中油有超級柴油、台塑有環保柴油。
4.選用LOW SAPS機油 - 低硫灰分、磷、硫的機油(機油規範API CK-4 , ACEA C3 E6 E7 E8 E9 E11有些不同以下將說明)
5.增設廢氣再循環系統(EGR) - 從而減少有害成分氮氧化物(NOx)的形成。
 
 
六期環保柴油引擎車改變的有很多,上述為幾個重點,當消費者買來新環保柴油車配備以上高科技零件設備,而我們最重要的
就是選擇對的燃油(柴油),還有就是選擇對的機油;選擇燃油(柴油)很簡單,台灣中油有超級柴油、台塑有環保柴油,
而機油就要下點功夫注意。               本公司華美CJ-4柴油機油5W-40華美C3柴油機油5W-40
因為六期環保柴油引擎機油必需匹配更精密、更昂貴的柴油引擎,尤其是對後處理/柴油粒子過濾器(DPF)影嚮。
柴油粒子過濾器(DPF)最怕廢氣中有過多的硫、磷、鉛.等重金屬,它會減少(DPF)壽命,造成柴油粒子過濾器堵塞、腐蝕、損壞。
而柴油機油如果含有較高的硫、磷、硫灰分,會使廢氣排放出較多的有害物,進而造成柴油粒子過濾器堵塞、腐蝕、損壞。
一顆精密的柴油粒子過濾器要價8~10萬,聽說有些進口車的DPF高達十幾萬,如果用錯柴油機油將損失慘重。
 
 
以下為柴油機油規範(API與ACEA),包括六期環保柴油引擎車適用之規格。

FA-4 Current  API Service Category
FA-4 當前使用 API 服務類別

FA-4 describes certain XW-30 oils specifically formulated for use in select high-speed four- stroke cycle diesel engines 
designed to meet 2017 model year on-highway greenhouse gas (GHG) emission standards. These oils are formulated for use in 
on-highway applications with diesel fuel sulfur content up to 15 ppm (0.0015% by weight). Refer to individual engine 
manufacturer recommendations regarding compatibility with API FA-4 oils. These oils are blended to a high temperature 
high shear (HTHS) viscosity range of 2.9cP–3.2cP to assist in reducing GHG emissions. These oils are especially effective 
at sustaining emission control system durability where particulate filters and other advanced aftertreatment systems are used. 
API FA-4 oils are designed to provide enhanced protection against oil oxidation, viscosity loss due to shear, 
and oil aeration as well as protection against catalyst poisoning, particulate filter blocking, engine wear, piston deposits, 
degradation of low- and high-temperature properties, and soot-related viscosity increase. API FA-4 oils are not interchangeable 
or backward compatible with API CK-4, CJ-4, CI-4 with CI-4 PLUS, CI-4, and CH-4 oils. Refer to engine manufacturer 
recommendations to determine if API FA-4 oils are suitable for use. API FA-4 oils are not recommended for use with fuels 
having greater than 15 ppm sulfur. For fuels with sulfur content greater than 15 ppm, refer to engine manufacturer recommendations.

CK-4 describes oils for use in high-speed four-stroke cycle diesel engines designed to meet 2017 model year on-highway and 
Tier 4 non-road exhaust emission standards as well as for previous model year diesel engines. These oils are formulated for use 
in all applications with diesel fuels ranging in sulfur content up to 500 ppm (0.05% by weight). However, the use of these oils 
with greater than 15 ppm (0.0015% by weight) sulfur fuel may impact exhaust aftertreatment system durability and/or oil drain interval. 
These oils are especially effective at sustaining emission control system durability where particulate filters and other advanced

API CK-4 oils exceed the performance criteria of API CJ-4, CI-4 with CI-4 PLUS, CI-4, and CH-4 and can effectively lubricate engines 
calling for those API Service Categories. When using CK-4 oil with higher than 15 ppm sulfur fuel, consult the engine manufacturer 
for service interval recommendations.

For high-speed, four-stroke engines designed to meet 2004 exhaust emission standards implemented in 2002. 
CI-4 oils are formulated to sustain engine durability where exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) is used and are intended for use with 
diesel fuels ranging in sulfur content up to 0.5% weight. Can be used in place of CD, CE, CF-4, CG-4, and CH-4 oils. 
Some CI-4 oils may also qualify for the CI-4 PLUS designation.

with diesel fuels ranging in sulfur content up to 0.5% weight. Can be used in place of CD, CE, CF-4, and CG-4 oils.

Two-stroke cycle engines may have different lubrication requirements than four-stroke engines, so the manufacturer 
should be contacted for current lubrication recommendations.

A7/B7 Stable, stay-in-grade engine oil intended for use at extended oil drain intervals in passenger car 
and light-duty gasoline & DI diesel engines designed for low viscosity engine oils with HTHS 
viscosity of 2.9 to 3.5 mPa·s. Relative to A5/B5 these engine oils provide also low speed preignition- 
and wear protection for turbocharged gasoline DI engines as well as turbocharger 
compressor deposit (TCCD) protection for modern DI diesel engines. These engine oils are 
unsuitable for use in certain engines - consult vehicle-OEM’s owner’s manual/handbook in case 
of doubt.

E4 Stable, stay-in-grade oil providing excellent control of piston cleanliness, wear, soot 
handling and lubricant stability. It is recommended for highly-rated diesel engines 
meeting Euro I, Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV and Euro V emission requirements and 
running under very severe conditions, eg significantly extended oil drain intervals 
according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. It is suitable for engines without 
particulate filters, for some EGR engines and some engines fitted with SCR NOx 
reduction systems. However, recommendations may differ between engine 
manufacturers, so driver manuals and/or dealers must be consulted if in doubt.
E4 穩定、保持等級的油,可出色控制活塞清潔度、磨損、煙灰處理和潤滑劑穩定性。 
推薦用於高額定柴油發動機滿足歐一、歐二、歐三、歐四、歐五排放要求,
在非常惡劣的條件下運行,例如顯著延長換油週期根據製造商的建議。

E8 Stable, stay-in-grade oil providing excellent control of piston cleanliness, wear, soot 
handling and lubricant stability. It is recommended for highly-rated diesel engines 
meeting Euro I, Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V and Euro VI emission requirements 
and running under very severe conditions, eg significantly extended oil drain intervals 
according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. It is suitable for EGR engines, with 
or without particulate filters, and for engines fitted with SCR NOx reduction systems. 
E8 quality is strongly recommended for engines fitted with particulate filters and is 
designed for use in combination with low-sulphur diesel fuel. However, 
recommendations may differ between engine manufacturers, so driver manuals and/or 
dealers must be consulted if in doubt.
